Sail Mooloolaba 2012

Sail Mooloolaba is truly a celebration of sailing. From little dinghies through to big keel boats and everything in between including disabled sailing, Etchells radio controlled boats and fierce match racing, it's on in Mooloolaba on the Sunshine Coast from 23rd until 1st July.

Racing is on the open water right in front of Mooloolaba Beach and on the Mooloolah River in the centre of town. Kids and adults can join in one or more of the sailing experiences, visit the local attractions, laze on the white sands of Mooloolaba Beach and enjoy an affordable, warm winter family holiday on the Sunshine Coast.

The racing is easily from vantage points along Mooloolaba Beach and from The Wharf on Mooloolah River.

Sunshine Coast Agriculture Show 2012

The Sunshine Coast Agricultural Show enjoys strong volunteerism that has enabled the Show to prosper and volunteers work in all areas through the traditional sections of cake making to arts and craft.

The ring still remains a focus point as it did 104 years ago, with the number of horse entries remaining strong.

The Show remains strong to its traditional theme and events with strong community support, school participation, and a growing attendance each year. Add to that
Silver Spike competition, bushwhacker bonanza lumberjack show, fireworks, monster trucks, animal nursery, spirited speedway cars, be a seven local news star and much more!
