Lifeline Annual Fashion Show
Annual fashion show highlighting the great range of pre-loved and new clothes/accessories for men/women/children that are stocked at the Lifeline shop. A fantastic team of volunteers will model up to 100 outfits between them, including casual, smart, formal, retro and eveningwear.
All proceeds go towards assisting with the invaluable and varied counselling services that Lifeline provides to the community. Entry is free, there will be discounts on purchases on the day and door prizes.

Maleny Music Weekend
The Maleny Music Weekend is being held to coincide with and celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Maleny Folk Festival. The music and camping weekend will have two indoor venues, bars, two workshop tents, and a session tent.
Entertainment includes concerts, workshops, chalkboard sessions, poets’ breakfasts, roving outdoor performers and a bush dance. The event will be running from sunset Friday 20th April to afternoon Sunday 22nd April.
There will be a raffle during the festival. Prizes include fab musical instruments and music CDs.

Aero Engine Run Day
The Queensland Air Museum Caloundra presents the Aero Engine Run Day on 31st March with a special display of aviation horsepower. The museum will be firing up its collection of historic operational aircraft engines and aircraft.
The museum's operational engines and aircraft cover a range of engine styles dating from the 1940s. Close inspection of the engines in between the runs is encouraged, when you can meet and talk to the restoration volunteers.
An all day barbecue Sausage Sizzle will be operating with cold drinks, tea and coffee.

Bloomhill Annual Monster Garage Sale
Bloomhill Cancer Help is hosting its second annual Monster Garage Sale on Saturday, 31 March, following the success of last year.
Held at the Bloomhill Distribution Centre, 1/10 Endeavour Drive, Kunda Park, the sale opens from 7am to 1pm and will offer a wide range of discounts on good quality items such as furniture, appliances, clothing, sporting equipment and much more.
Bloomhill Cancer Help is a Sunshine Coast based charity and provides support and assistance to those affected by cancer. Operated by a team of dedicated staff and hundreds of volunteers, Bloomhill offers counselling, transport to appointments, respite care and a range of complementary therapies and other practical help.

Garden Tourism Week
From 18 - 24 March a special week of garden related activities combined with enjoying the delights of the Sunshine Coast will happen at Buderim.
The activities are a special event in the celebration of the Buderim 150th Anniversary of foundation. The activity also coincides with ‘The Year of Chinese Culture, in Australia’. Buderim Garden Club and Sunshine Coast Sister Cities Association are joint hosts.
The week is designed for home gardeners, plus landscapers and ‘parks-n-garden’ officials as well. The Autumn Plant Exhibition will service the cultural needs of gardeners and garden lovers.
